BRAZING FEATURES:
- Concentrated heating of one part has no adverse on
other parts.
- Takes only from a few seconds to complete brazing.
- Rapid heating produces only minimum scales and
oxidation.
- Easy automation.
- Simple operation does not require skilled operators.
- Easy installation and assimilation into the assembly
line.
- No production of gas or heat, thus allowing
maintenance of a clean comfortalbe working environment.
- Unifrom products due to accurate timer-controlled
heating.

H.F. SURFACE HARKENING AND
ANNEALING
- Uniform product quality.
- Increases surface wearproof characteristics.
- Increased material fatigue strength.
- Minimum strain due to local surface hardening.
- Minimum scale production due to rapid heating.

TO OBTAIN GOOD JOINTING
RESULTS
- Clean the jointing surfaces
- Place the workpiece in the work coil so that both
pieces to be jointed reach brazing temperature at the same time
- Brazing material and a sufficient amount of flux
shall be applied to the work surfaces before heating because heating time
is short
- Brazing material should not be heated faster then
the work surface

SURFACE HARDENING:
Steel becomes
brittle with increased hardness. Hardening only the surface while keeping
the core soft, increases the wearproof characteristics of a materials. Such
surface hardening can be easily and effectively performed by induction
heating. The induction heating process also doubles or even triples the
fatigue strength of steel.
This feature makes the induction heating process indispensable for surface
hardening of component parts used in automobiles, machine tools, and
precision machines. |
